Refund Policy

At Section Wines, we take great pride in the quality of our wines. Please review the following guidelines regarding our refund and return policy:

No Refunds or Store Credit
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or store credit for any wine purchases, including for reasons related to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product, unless the wine is defective.

Corked Wine
If you receive a bottle of wine that is corked (i.e., contaminated due to cork taint, resulting in a musty or off taste), we will gladly replace the bottle or issue store credit. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of the defect (e.g., photos, original cork, or the remaining wine) to arrange for a replacement.

Shipping Issues
We take great care in packaging our wines for shipping. However, should your wine be damaged during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will review each case and work with you to resolve the issue, including potential replacement or credit.
